With the sukiya style?

With the sukiya style?
I say the Japanese style that I made to individual preference (delight in elegant pursuits) to be made with a free-standing tea ceremony room (a house in the style of a tea-ceremony pavilion). The building which increased a tea-ceremony room-like light image came to be liked to the buildings such as another buildings by the present. I have you feel the warmth of a tree weathering naturally, and please mention the good point of the sukiya style. I can bring about wonderful space even if I do not use paint.

In addition, I wipe it, and, as well as sukiya style, please do Inui of a house once a year. I become beautiful to be able to take it for just to care for it by little trouble. And please love houses of the sukiya style

It is said with the one of three national treasure tea-ceremony room seats existing with a dense hermitage in the House of matian / Daitoku-ji Temple dragon light in the Yamasaki, Kyoto wonder joy hermitage. Urakusai Oda was born as (1547) as a true younger brother of Nobunaga for astronomy 16 years and claimed Yuuraku Hitoshi Jo-an Teahouse since I took the tonsure. In later years, I left a samurai, and Yuuraku Hitoshi who spent the life full of disturbance retired at the House of authentic biography of the Kyoto Kennin temple. A tea-ceremony room built there is Jo-an Teahouse, and the place that he did behavior of is House of old authentic biography study. After the Meiji era, Jo-an Teahouse / the study and the attached building were passed from hand to hand as if I copied a life of Yuuraku, but it was removed and reconstructed in the ground of the climax under Inuyama-jo Castle in 1972, and, in this ground, it was named "Uraku-en Garden".

I dug the hole in the ground for the old days, and I made direct joining hands, and people seem to have lived in the top. Become the hut to want of the slash-and-burn agriculture long afterwards; and wind devised it so that was snowy, and was born, and improvement to use a Japanese nutmeg (a Japanese pampas grass) and building materials of the land characteristic such as Sone was performed, and approached the form of the current architecture with principal ridgepole. It is thought that it is about the back than after the 18th century when a private house affected by the sericulture appears namely the Edo middle that the basic form of the architecture with principal ridgepole is completed. With the confirmed thing, there is a との record built to the removing and reconstruction さた Oto fastigium bill (Tenpo era four years) in Gero-cho in 1833 by a craftsman of four Ecchu Nagasaka-mura size Koshin gate-guard offices now.

yochijima house(吉島家)

The splendid merchant's family whom it is built in highlight 1907 by master craftsperson Isaburo Nishida (Nishida Isaburo) of Kawaramachi, and convey the feature of the old liquor brewing. It is attention to the shadow which the Class which it blows, and consist of a part led by the central pillar beam and the light to insert from a high window of the dirt floor bring. When great master Charles Moore of the American building world "was the best Japan building in the house which oneself looked" at, I praised it highly in 1977. I touched the Kusakabes with the aspect and was destroyed by fire by a big fire of 1875, and the Kichijima house was rebuilt. However, within 30 years, I was destroyed by fire again in 1905.
★ The history of the Kichijima house In Kichijima house, it lowers the cedar ball of Miwa Shinto shrine worshiping Bacchus by an opening in the house which ran brewing business from generation to generation to the edge of the eaves for Tenmei era eight years that first Jubee lived in the high mountain to (1784). It prospered in the buying and selling of the raw silk cocoon from the time in the Edo latter period. The noren with a crest hanging at the entrance shows that it was the business magnate that it is available as for the body with the thing which it had by having offered the Shogunate money of a large amount of use. imanisis important(今西家)

The Imanishis important cultural property(June 18, 1957 appointment) The the Imanishis gave cause Kawai with the whole families of 十市兵衛遠忠 which did Iricho (1566) in Imai-cho for Eiroku era nine years, but it was it with an Imanishi family name from the third generation. In the first on the list of the general manager of a town, I carried a feudal lord, a bird of the Machikata rule of the chief administrator, and it was entrusted autonomy. There is the building with a complicated roof structure by structure the generation of the (1650) is written down to the billboard announcing a framework-raising ceremony in a building suitable for the duty on go-between March 22, 3, and to remind you of a castle rather than a private house now in the west end of Imachi, and, in the west, it is it with circular moat. When it is a white plaster coat basket, I make an outer wall, and I am uneven and touch a small ridge at the both ends of the flat ridge of a roof and show the bargeboard of the case mother appearance of a house for front and back discrepancy and have the dignified appearance of the regular tile-roofing, and it is the building which is valuable in history of private house building of our country.

The Sugimotos.

While there was it in the center of Kyoto, it was good, and the the Sugimotos streamed down the posture of the big store since Edo and showed a model of the large-scale house in the town constitution by the house facing the street structure, and the ability of the Kyoto University mechanic matured for the whole building in the Edo era was fully shown, and technically-related design characteristics were able to be superior together. The reason was because value of the culture of the building was high, and that I became Kyoto-shi appointment tangible cultural property in total was evaluated with three storehouses where this building was not burnt for a big fire of Motoharu in February, 1990. I belong to the Yamahoko-cho of the Gion festival and I maintain "Mt. Haku tusk" and save Yata-cho where the the Sugimotos is located. After Meiwa, the the Sugimotos poured will into "the Mt. Haku tusk" as a central house of head of a household people and was able to support a traditional festival. As a substitute for meeting place of Yata-cho, a store ridge was used for the figurehead place of "the Mt. Haku tusk" after the war, and the building came to occupy the role that the Gion festival cannot miss again and the scene of the festival of this house in the town was wide as moral and material cultural assets and became particularly know abroad. Household articles, the ritualistic implements which have been used from the Edo era at the opportunity of the annual function of the supporter of the Shinshu sect and the ceremonial occasion of the merchant's family are good, and, other than ancient documents, it is saved and bathes in the the Sugimotos by the evaluation that is high as a race document to the Meiji, an industrial arts document from Edo.
