Myoshin-ji Temple is a temple of the Mt. Rinzai sect Myoshin-ji Temple group Omoto in the Ukyo-ku, Kyoto-shi flower garden. I name a mountain Mt. teachings of Buddha. As for the principal idol, as for Buddha, the open basis (a founder), the flower garden pope, the founder (the first chief priest) are Egen Kanzan (kanzanegen the All things are unsubstantial, formless Great Teacher). Among about 6,000 Rinzai sect temples in Japan or temples, I occupy about 3,500 or the temple in Myoshin-ji Temple group. Many minor Zen temple temples (tattyuzhin an annex) stand around the central Buddhist monasteries such as Mikado, a Buddhist sanctum, the sermon hall (I ask it it) rebuilt in the early modern times and form big temple group.
